Beta Supplement

Last updated

Thanks for testing The Arsenal. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy while the platform is in private beta. Where they conflict with the Terms, this supplement controls — but only for the beta.

Plain-language summary. This is early software. It works, but things may break or change.

Your data is private to your account and sensitive fields are encrypted. Only enter client data you're authorised to handle, keep your own backups of anything critical, and don't share the platform or what you see in it with anyone outside the beta.

This summary is not part of the agreement — the numbered sections are.

1. When this applies

This supplement applies from the date you join the private beta until The Arsenal reaches general availability, at which point it expires automatically and the Terms of Service govern alone. We will tell you before that happens. Nothing in this supplement obliges either of us to enter a paid arrangement, and participating in the beta does not entitle you to future access or to any particular price.

2. This is a beta

The Arsenal is provided as-is, for evaluation, while still in active development. Features may be incomplete, change, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted for updates. Items marked "Soon" in the interface are placeholders and not yet functional.

We don't guarantee the platform will be error-free or available at any given time. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — you can export your records at any time from the CRM (Export → CSV; encrypted export recommended).

3. Your data during the beta

We do not sell your data. During the beta we may review aggregated, non-identifying usage and any feedback you send in order to improve the product. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your responsibilities as a tester

⚠ Real client PII and health information. The Arsenal is a testing environment during the beta. Use your own judgment about how much sensitive real-world data you put in while we harden the platform — a subset of live data, or test data, is perfectly fine for evaluating the workflow.

5. Confidentiality

The platform, its features, pricing, and anything not-yet-public that you see during the beta are confidential. Please don't share screenshots, recordings, or access with anyone outside the beta programme without our okay. Sharing feedback with us is exactly what we want — this is about not publishing it externally.

6. Feedback

Feedback is the whole point. Anything you send us — bugs, ideas, survey answers — we may use to improve The Arsenal without restriction or obligation to you.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakim Works LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the beta.

Because the beta is a free evaluation, no subscription fees have been paid, so the fee-based cap in Section 14 of the Terms resolves to the US$100 floor stated there. Our total liability is otherwise limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

8. Ending your participation, and contact

You can stop testing at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may also end or change the beta at any time. Questions, data requests, or anything else:
