Which of these apply to you
Every account is bound by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and you accepted those two together when you created your account. You'll be asked again if either changes materially. The Beta Supplement applied to accounts created during the private beta and expired for everyone at general availability on September 19, 2026; the Terms of Service govern alone from then on.
A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is usually not needed here. Life insurance is an excepted benefit under HIPAA, so a life-only producer is generally not a covered entity and Wakim Works is generally not a business associate — even though The Arsenal holds detailed medical information. Your handling of client health and financial data is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and your state's insurance data-security rules instead, and the protections in the Privacy Policy apply to every account either way. If you also sell Medicare Advantage, health, or supplemental products, HIPAA may reach your own business even though it does not reach ours — take your own advice on what it requires of you.
