The Arsenal is operated by Wakim Works LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These are the agreements that govern your use of the platform and explain how data is handled.
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Wakim Works LLC — what you can do with the platform, what we're responsible for, and what you are.

What data the platform collects, why, who it's shared with, how long it's kept, and the rights you and your clients have over it.
Beta Supplement
Extra terms that apply while The Arsenal is in private beta. Adds to the Terms of Service; expires at general availability.
Business Associate Agreement
A HIPAA BAA template, available on request for producers who also handle protected health information from a covered entity.
Which of these apply to you
Every account is bound by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. While the platform is in private beta, the Beta Supplement applies on top of both. You accepted all three when you created your account, and you'll be asked again if any of them changes materially.
The Business Associate Agreement is different: it is a template, not something you click through. Life insurance is an excepted benefit under HIPAA, so a life-only producer is generally not a covered entity and a BAA is generally not required. If you also sell Medicare Advantage, health, or supplemental products — or your compliance team requires one regardless — email us and we'll execute it.
